Stroudmead is a commercial enterprise site managed within the farming business of R.M.Winscom Ltd.

R.M.Winscom is a business directed by the Winscom family and has a sound history of farming within the Parish of Stroud and surrounds for over 5 generations.

The Winscom business has been  managed by Sentry Ltd. for the past 26 years and Oliver Howe is the principal manager resident on farm working closely with the Winscom family.

The core business up to 2011 was dairy and arable farming, a change in business strategy since then has seen the development of the arable business along with diversification into a variety of other non farming enterprises.

Diversification into alternative enterprises began with the purchase of Weston Farm in 1998.  Since that date the buildings at Weston have been converted into an equine centre and caravan storage.

After the sale of the pedigree herd of “Stroudmead Holsteins” in 2011, the resulting redundant buildings at New Buildings Farm have been converted into commercial business units – varying from 2500  sq. ft. to 4500 sq. ft. with ample lorry access and car parking.

This is a developing business and more units and storage will be available at a later date.
